Martin-Bishop Field :: Rental Guidelines
Whether this is your first or tenth use of Martin-Bishop Field, we welcome you and your group. The volunteers that maintain the Field hope that your visit is a memorable and enjoyable one. As volunteers we have done all that we can to insure that your experience is a pleasant one.
A few simple requests and guidelines are as follows:
- The Field will be unlocked by 8:00am, and access to the refrigerators and toilets will begin at 10:00am.
- You are responsible for all paper towels and hand cleaners
- Please use only supplied toilet paper and flush only supplied toilet paper.
- The Field closes at 10:00pm.
- A non refundable deposit of $300 is due 5 days after the reservation request is acknowledged, final payment due three weeks from acknowledgement.
- Remit by check or money order payable to Martin-Bishop Field, 50 Trailwood Drive, Guilford, CT, 06437
- Saturday Sunday Holidays: $850
- Friday – $550
- Monday – Thursday $350
- Please do not use staples or tacks on the picnic tables or building.
- Please take down and dispose of all decorations.
- All trash is to be put in the Dumpsters.
- Please empty refrigerators of all food and beverages.
- Smokers please dispose of butts in a proper fashion.
- If tables have been moved, please return to original positions.
- If you found the Field in a clean condition, please leave in the same condition for the next group.
